Job Description

  • Provide customers and prospective customers with advice in terms of best practices in corporate payments, liquidity and bank account management 
  • Support the sales team in identifying process gaps for prospective customers as well as potential technology solutions that would enable the customer to reach their desired future state 
  • Provide domain expertise and input as required in order to support the sales cycle (Presentations, Offers, RFI and RFP responses, etc.) 
  • Identify, document, and align the project requirements of prospective customers with all parties involved in the sales and customer onboarding processes internally at TIS   
  • Coordinate all customer onboarding activities including project scoping, platform configuration, banking rollout, and various technical/integration topics 
  • Support the creation of presentations and materials for webinars, podcast, and other events that TIS participates in 


  • Successful university-level education, preferably in a relevant field of study 
  • 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Treasury or the SaaS Treasury technology space 
  • Strong understanding of the various functions of a Corporate Treasury department as well as overall Treasury best-practices 
  • Knowledge of bank connectivity protocols, payment/statement formats, and application integration 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, German would be a plus 
  • PASSION for delivering world-class SaaS products in the fast-growing FinTech domain 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skill
