• Take end-to-end responsibility for the products owned by your team 
• Manage technical debt and make improvements to the existing codebase  
• Design, build, integrate data from various sources 
• Create high-performance data processing solutions that scale 
• Determine and resolve: customer’s feedbacks, support requests and performance issues  

• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields or equivalent experience  
• At least 3 years professional experience in a technical role as a backend engineer 
• Solid understanding of good practices in software engineering, like pair programming, testing, clean code  
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code  
• In-depth knowledge of Java, its various design and patterns and reusable libraries 
• Experience with one of the following Groovy, Typescript, Python 
• Experience with NodeJS 
• Proficient in Spring-boot Framework and knowledge of Docker and MySQL 
• Very good written and English skills 
• Understand business requirements, translate them into technical tasks 
• Working in Agile environment, ideally SCRUM 
• PASSION for delivering world-class SaaS products in the fast-growing FinTech domain
