Job Description

  • Enable and work closely with the field sales team and support in Go-To-Market activities as well as the Head of PreSales Europe to enhance the Growth Organization within TIS
  • Engage with customers and prospects in understanding their business goals
  • Build and conduct use case driven product demonstrations, solution workshops, scoping workshops etc.
  • Respond to RFP/RFI on TIS products
  • Establish a Sales driven (gap selling approach) mind-set in the overall PreSales Team and build the “bridge” to product
  • Qualify leads and market opportunities and support ARR driven decisions in the overall company (e.g. roadmap decisions)
  • Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, analyst briefings
  • Ensure proper management of implementation plans, SOW, scoping etc. together with the onboarding team as well as presentation of bank analysis together with the Customer Service team
  • Engage with Product Management to feed feature requirements from the client facing unit
  • Support the Roll-out of the EPO model to the market and especially use the EPO concept to win deals

Qualifications

  • University degree or Professional Certified Diploma (with cumulated 6+ years of marketplace experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant PreSales, treasury, inside sales or finance solutions experience required with enterprise-wide solutions including bid-management, stakeholder management and services PreSales
  • Exposure to Technology/Product/SaaS
  • Excellent customer and prospect handling skills
  • Outstanding oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences from business users to Senior Sales Executives
  • Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under time pressure and work with geographically distributed teams
  • Agility, ownership and sales mindset and transverse abilities
  • Willingness to proactively learn
  • Any domain or IT experience in procurement, sourcing or sales contracting can be an advantage
  • Fluent in German and fluent in business English are a must, other European languages can be an advantage
