Job Description

  • Develop and implement an indirect GoTo market strategy
  • Establish a partner model for different forms of cooperation (e.g. Referral, Sell-Through, Distribution)
  • Identify and win partners such as SI’s, ERP integrators and Payment Service Providers
  • Develop contract models in cooperation with legal
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners
  • Ensure frequent partner information and education on products and services
  • Work closely with the direct sales organization to share opportunities and avoid channel conflicts
  • Attend EMEA wide events such as trade shows and partner programs of key partners
  • Ensure achievement of goals


  • University or college degree in economics or an equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Track record and personal success stories in growing international business via a partner organization
  • Experience in business planning (revenue, timelines, resources needed…)
  • Knowledge in the successful implementation of a partner model
  • Experience in building up regions from scratch is desirable and ideally personal partner network in relevant regions
  • Excellent management skills (such as goal orientation, prioritizing, proactive cooperation) and potential for leadership as well as strong communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant content background such as Payment, Cash Management, Risk and Credit Management etc. is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English and ideally a second language
