Job Description

  • Reproducing and troubleshooting technical software issues
  • Investigating technical support requests
  • Analysing errors and collecting required information
  • Initiating development cases for current problems and enhantments
  • Creating bug reports and tasks for the product owners
  • Analysis of event logs and monitoring of system performance KPIs
  • Preparing and executing SQL statements
  • Maintaining and sharing knowledge base with other team members

Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background with a technical major
  • At least 3 years career experience in Software/Technical Support
  • Ideally project experience in finance and/or banking
  • Strong understanding of monitoring tools and technologies
  • Experience with Java and SQL databases
  • Self-motivation and strong ability to solve complex tasks with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in dynamic environment
  • Ability to grasp new subject matter quickly and have an analytical frame of mind
