• Work together with architects, CTO and CISO on goals, vision and roadmaps for product security of a SaaS web application
• Organize penetration tests and support in product security audits
• Represent Security Squad in Extended Security Team
• Maintain backlog and prioritize requirements
• Lead and oversee iteration planning process of a cross functional Scrum team
• Act as primary liaison for all stakeholders
• Monitor product security success measurement
• Prepare, analyze and share data reports
• Support the development team on a constant basis during the development life cycle

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Economics or similar relevant field and/or work experience as product owner/manager
• Ideally knowledge in product management and agile tools like Atlassian Jira, Aha! etc.
• Knowledge in MS products
• Experience in SaaS and/or B2B environment
• Security and/or financial industry background
• Experience with security audits (e.g. ISO-27001, SOC) and/or penetration tests
• Fluent in Business English, ideally also German
• Passion for delivering world-class SaaS products in the fast-growing FinTech domain
• Strong team player with hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
