Job Description

  • Extract and aggregate data for KPIs that are relevant for the team
  • Create and test reporting templates for customers on the TIS platform
  • Design and unify PowerPoint presentations for global usage by all Customer Success Managers
  • Administration of customer login tokens (authentication gadget)
  • Processing of reports regarding the consulting budget
  • Deep dive into the payment world and support us in payment file testing
  • Project management support

Qualifications

  • Student at a university or college, preferably in a relevant field of study
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • First experiences are desirable with Microsoft Power BI and Extensible Markup Language (XML) files
  • You are organized and work toward goals
  • You work independently, proactive, and you are open-minded
  • Ideally, you are interested in getting familiar with the TIS payment platform
