Job Description

  • Be the contact for incoming commercial requests and escalations
  • Actively approach customers to maintain a healthy relationship
  • Use internal data and analytics for a data driven approach
  • Identify up- and cross-sell opportunities and realize as ARR
  • Prevent and/or limit ARR Churn
  • Identification of opportunities and risk
  • Perform regular customer calls and on-site meetings and attend trade shows
  • Coordinate customer related activities with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • University degree in economics or similar relevant field
  • At least 3 years professional experience in a customer facing role
  • Ideally, Account Management experience and/or Treasury Experience in the banking area
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Data analytics desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills; further languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of negotiation skills and tactics and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding for technical possibilities

The placement can also take place at one of our locations in Berlin, Krefeld or Sofia.
