Programme Change Consultant - Utilities

Working on a specific project under going a digital transformations across areas of the organisation

Day Rate:- £400 - £450 per day
Location:- St Albans
Duration:- March 2020

Role description:
This project is working for a consultancy delivering a Change project with in the Utilities sector. Working with the various stakeholders from BA's gathering the data through to PMO delivering the schemes, Programme lead controlling the various projects and client. Focusing on the Change package of works you will be driving the mile stones and working with the client to implement the change solutions.

Key Duties Include:

?Independent leadership of the Change project workstream, including delivery of an end to end change programme
?leading teams to deliver your workstream
?working with clients to identify their key challenges and help them create and implement the change programme milestones
?Building relationships with clients to drive positive outcomes and gaining their buy in to proposed solutions
?Ensuring that change management is planned out from the design and implementing solutions that can demonstrate benefits and value delivered to the client


Required Experience:
?Delivered projects previously in a Change led project with in the Utilities sector.
