I am exclusively working with a FTSE 100 Wealth Management firm that currently mange over £100 Billion worth of funds whilst they have developed a brilliant programme that will rapidly fast-track your progression, the programme consists of the 3 below stages:

Section 1) Internal Sales: This is a great way to get a real feel for the business/sector whilst taking will be taking your exams. Your role will consist of contacting High Net-Worth individual working off warm data with the aim to arrange a meeting with them and a qualified Financial Advisor

Section 2) Once you have passed your exams and progressed through the Internal Sales team you will be become a Trainee Advisor where you will be mentored by one of the businesses top Financial Advisors, this role will allow you to shadow an Advisor permanently in order to ensure you hit the ground running when you progress to stage 3 (12 months average in the role)

Section 3) You will now be a fully qualified and capable Financial Advisor working purely of pre-booked meetings in a role where no one has earnt less then £150k in their first year.
