Sales Operartions Manager for rapidly growing SaaS EdTech Business
Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to join a hugely ambitious EdTech business that is revolutionising the teaching of the Arts through bringing world class Theatre/Literature content to the classroom via a “Netflix” like SaaS solution.
The business is already a world leader, being used by over 3 million students in over 1,900 schools, colleges and universities in 80+ countries around the world however this is only just the beginning !
Backed by a very successful Private Equity firm and tooled with a truly unrivalled product they have huge plans for growth on an international scale and this is where the Sales Operations Manager will play a key role by:
-Being the data expert by constantly reviewing data and sale performance
-Researching new markets and nations to launch into
-Perfecting the businesses sales process, implementing best of practice procedures and ensuring all sales team work to the same structure
-Focusing hugely on the on-boarding of sales talent, what can, and should we be doing better to ensure success?
-Building a clear, robust and on-going sales training programme.
-Working very closely with the Sales Manager to ensure there is a consistent culture and management style across the business.
-Being the VOICE between Sales and Marketing to maximise performance and results.
-Responsible for selecting and implementing Tech to boost sales performance.
The ideal candidate will:
-An experienced Sales Manager (5+ years)
-Be superb at training, on boarding and coaching
-Very knowledgeable of Marketing/Tech solutions
-Exposure to Salesforce and HubSpot would be highly advantageous but not essential
-Exposure to SaaS would be highly advantageous but not essential.
