The platform offers a global language learning marketplace, connecting tutors with millions of learners from all over the world where you can teach students from over 180 countries. The platform is one of the most well-known online marketplaces for language tutoring and they offer lessons on over 40 topics, including 27 languages.

Hourly Rate:

Average hourly rates for an online tutor on the Preply platform can be between $10.00 and $38.90 depending on the subject of study. The rates charged by tutors can, however, be significantly higher than the aforementioned average by subject area when it comes to teaching advanced topics such as business English, calculus or test preparation whereby tutors are charging $50 and upwards.
