Job Description
- Assist with research, filing, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial and corporate secretarial records.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, such as management accounts, presentation of materials and other documents, for management and investors to have insights into business performance, trends, tenancy arrears management, forecast and credit review checks.
- Undertake tasks or projects relating to accounting and office operations.
- Support in any ad hoc finance activities as required by managers/directors inclusive of administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Student who is pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business, or a related discipline from a recognized polytechnic or university
- Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months, commencing in January 2026.
