Job Description
- To assist the Restaurant Manager in diving pre and post opening restaurant operations.
- To assist in develpment & training of the team members.
- Responsible for implementing and delivering service standards that conform to SOPs.
- Post opening daily responsibilities of running the venue.
Qualifications
- Catering School Diploma, or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience working as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high profile restaurant/club.
- Experienced in pre and post opening of a restaurant.
