Job Details:
- Ability to Close Face-to-Face in-home sales on the 1st Call
- Estimates are typically located in Central & Southwest Florida
- Company Sales Truck provided for daily sales calls
- Opportunity to make $150K+ per year, w/Top Reps making $180K+ in a Commission-based compensation structure (Draw/Commission).

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Estimator to work Fulltime, with expertise in:

Requirements:
- Experience in Home Renovation Sales (ex: laminate & vinyl flooring, carpentry, windows, plumbing, siding, mortgage, etc)
- Problem solver with the ability to uncover customer needs/issues
- Possession of Current Florida Drivers License (in good standing) for insurance purposes
-Technology proficient, email, text, mobile
- Professional, Punctual and Reliable. Our days start early.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Largo office
- Ability to physically get under Mobile homes for inspections as needed
- High School Diploma
