When it comes to keeping our vehicles on the roads, nobody has the Know How like NAPA. For more than 85 years, the National Automotive Parts Association has been empowering the industry with quality parts and supplies.

Today, there are more than 6,000 NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores. About 1,000 of them are corporate owned, and Genuine Parts Company is the employer for these locations. However, there are about 5,000 independently owned and operated NAPA AUTO PARTS Stores where individual store owners are the employer. This position is through an independently owned and operated store.

Farnam's Genuine Parts, Inc. are locally owned stores throughout the North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota area. Our goal is to provide exceptional service with a knowledgeable and high-performing staff. 

Body Shop experience is preferred! The inside counter position is very important to us since the ideal customer will be responsible for providing professional knowledge on the products and services that we offer. It is with the utmost importance that this person can communicate clearly and effectively to customers and provide them with the correct resources of products, tools, and support. A willingness to learn and grow with the company is a must.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and have a personality that everyone can adapt to. This individual with assist customers with automotive and industrial paint needs, applicable products that body shops, dealerships, fleet customers, hobbyists use; and ultimately be a reliable resource for our customers. Other tasks will include but are not limited to the following: sourcing correct product through various warehouses, automotive paint mixing, automotive paint color matching, receiving orders from the sales team, and over the counter sales and support.

Requirements --

-Trustworthy.

-Valid driver's license.

- Clean driving record.

- Must be able to lift 40lbs on a semi-regular basis.

- Team player.

- Positive attitude.

- Attention to detail.

- Must work well with others.

- Able to follow direction.
