We are seeking an ASE Certified Parts Specialist, more than 2 years of experience in the automotive parts field

Counter Sales Person opening: Counter Person dealing with wholesale and retail customer base. Knowledgeable in Automotive, Truck, Lawn & Garden, Etc. Punctual, positive, productive. 2 years minimum experience. Able to lift more than 50 pounds, good with numbers, able to stock/inventory parts. Has a "whatever it takes" to get the job done attitude. 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers. 2. Assist both retail and wholesale customers auto parts questions and needs, either in person, via telephone, and to pull ordering 3. Handle Cash, Credit Cards, and other purchasing transactions 4. Operate the store point of sale system (TAMS) to search for parts and customer accounts, and to invoice and pull parts 5. Operate the electronic paper cataloging system to retrieve up to date parts information 6. Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers 7. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times We are seeking an ASE Certified Parts Specialist, more than 2 years of experience in the automotive parts field.
