As a NAPA  Outside Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to promote the entire NAPA line of products for a fast paced leader in the automotive parts industry.  Use you customer focused sales skills to know sales out of the park and manager you income potential to its highest potential.  You will also work directly with the ownership group and assist in guiding and directing the future overall course of the company by managing all outside sales and promotions to our customers.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Work with the store Ownership to develop sales plans and execution of those plans.
• Call on existing store wholesale customers to maintain and grow current relationships and sales penetration
• Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to new and existing customers
• Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling.
• Prior experience in an automotive competitive, outside sales environment is a must
• Heavy duty truck, auto body, paint experience helpful but not required.
• Keep informed-on new NAPA products or sales promotions by working with the factory product sales teams, along with educational opportunities as they become available.'
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Adhere to and follow company policies and procedures.
