Our growing Barron Paint and Equipment business is in need of a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Territory Sales Representative will deliver exceptional NAPA Know How service to our Wholesale customers and help Retail Customers with their paint and coating needs, help to maintain federal and state compliance for applicators, and develop standard operating procedures, etc. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.         

• MUST have a valid driver’s license
• MUST have a clean driving record
• Strong customer service with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to pass background and drug test
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. of merchandise
• Attention to detail
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Team player and must work well with others
