M&A and Corporate Advisory department is established since 2022, during this period we’ve completed 10 M&A transactions with over 400 mln USD transaction value. We’ve completed transactions in 4 countries: Georgia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our M&A team — someone who is hands-on, analytical, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

In this role, you will be actively involved in live transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients, and contributing to some of the most important deals in the market

• Support and execute end-to-end M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side, capital raising, IPO Advisory)

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparables, transaction analysis)

• Prepare client materials — pitch decks, teasers, investment memorandums

• Conduct industry research, valuation, and strategic analysis

• Participate in and coordinate due diligence processes

• Work directly with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders

• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery

• Support and guide junior team members

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking / M&A / Private Equity /  Big4 TAS

• Strong knowledge of valuation and financial modeling

• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

• Experience working on M&A transactions is a strong advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to details

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• High ownership and accountability mindset

• Fluent in English
