Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the EVP strategy
  • Developing and coordinating the employee engagement & retention projects
  • Organizing team events and other experience activities
  • Developing & Coordinating leadership/employee development activities and projects and implementing the needed activities
  • Activating corporate values through storytelling, rituals, and informal culture practices to build a strong sense of belonging.

  • Working experience with the C-level management
  • Support of the experienced team members in HR department

Qualifications

  • High education (Master’s degree would be an advantage)
  • At least 3 years in Development and/or internal communications , managerial position would be a plus
  • Excellent Georgian and English writing and spoken skills (level – advanced)
  • Banking experience will be considered an advantage
