TBC is looking for a Senior Brand Manager for Corporate Banking business, Wealth Management and Investment Banking (TBC Capital) businesses.

A Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen a company’s market presence and achieve growth objectives. They oversee marketing efforts, monitor market trends, and ensure the alignment of all branding activities with the company's goals.

Job Description

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand equity.
    • Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape branding initiatives.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  2. Collaboration and Leadership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and digital marketing, to align branding strategies.
    • Collaborate with external agencies for creative execution and media planning.
    • Lead and mentor a team to achieve high-impact outcomes.
  3. Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI to refine strategies.
  4. Brand Identity and Communication
    • Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, messaging, and content.
    • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
  5. Budget Management
    • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Present branding strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Build relationships with key influencers and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5–7 years in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in a high-paced or competitive environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
