Head of Brokerage Reports to – CEO of TBC Capital

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the brokerage team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing brokerage team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze brokerage performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Drive the adoption of technology solutions to enhance brokerage operations, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
• 5 - 8 years of experience in brokerage operations, with a demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record of success in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation and oratory abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent professional knowledge of English, additional language knowledge is a plus
