TBC Bank is launching new business line via Asset Management Company (AMC) to meet growing demand on alternative investment products altered by decreasing supply of USD nominated investment products.

TBC’s AMC is seeking for a team member on a Reporting Officer position.

• Perform detailed calculations to determine the Net Asset Value (NAV) of each fund
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for funds managed by the company
• Work with internal teams to develop performance objectives for each fund
• Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the accuracy of financial statements and NAV calculations
• Monitor valuation policies and procedures for new funds launched by the Asset Management Unit
• Support funds valuation policies, which might involve working with third party appraisers to determine the fair value of investments in order to strike Funds’ NAV
• Collaborate with asset manager to create annual business plans for each fund and the overall portfolio
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding financial updates and reports
• Maintain organized documentation of financial records and reports for auditing purposes
• Continuously assess and improve financial reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in a Reporting officer role.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
