We are currently seeking a dynamic team member to join our Brokerage Department as a Senior Sales & Trading Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will closely collaborate with the brokerage team, analyzing the securities market, identifying profitable investment opportunities, and offering valuable insights to clients for informed decision-making. As a Senior Sales & Trading Analyst,  you will actively participate in the creation of goal-oriented portfolios with predefined risk characteristics and serve as a dedicated advisor to clients of investments in TBC Digital Bank.

• Serve as the primary contact for both existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries about investment products and services.
• Manage and monitor client acquisition channels, ensuring comprehensive responses to prospective client queries.
• Develop, manage, and monitor client goal-oriented portfolios with predefined risk characteristics, ensuring exhaustive communication of portfolio information to and from clients.
• Communicate relevant news from TBC Capital to clients, such as dividend payouts, coupon payments, changes in security terms, and updates on brokerage regulations.
• Contribute actively to the development of investment products and services, suggesting improvements and new ideas.
• Recommend and participate in the implementation of changes and enhancements for departmental and process improvements.
• Oversee the preparation of presentation materials and deliverables for current and prospective investors and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with anti-money laundering procedures and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in new product launches from idea generation to registration, selling, and execution of the investment strategy.
• Serve as a dedicated advisor to investment clients.

• Strong interest in the securities market with solid quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of digital financial tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to derive insights for client benefit.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a reputable commercial and/or investment bank, advisory, and/or private equity firm.
• Knowledge of the Law of Georgia on the Securities Market and the Law of Georgia on Collective Investment Undertakings is an advantage.
• Experience in trading is a plus.
• High levels of ethics, integrity, and judgment.
• Comfortable interacting with senior clients in a professional setting.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, working independently and in small teams.
• Good command of English and Russian languages.
• BBA degree, CFA will be a significant advantage.
