Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Monitor and control of utility operation and ensure the Supply of uninterrupted utilities to production as per the requirement.
  2. Ensure the execution of Preventive Maintenance of Utility & ETP Equipment's as per schedule.
  3. Perform the maintenance activity of Brine chilling units, Water chilling plants, Cooling tower and Nitrogen generation plant.
  4. Perform the preventive maintenance of Water chilling plant/Brine Chilling Plant/AC/Cold Room/Utility Tank cleaning as per PM Schedule.
  5. Coordination with Purchase & Store department for spare management.
  6. Planning & Supervision of day to day maintenance activities with issuing the relevant safety permits.
  7. To identify hazard before starting any work & to ensure the execution of routine maintenance and modification activities works with Safety permit.
  8. Guide and support to junior team members for operation and maintenance activity in Utility and ETP.
  9. Verification of performance parameters and daily checklists on daily basis as per cGMP.
  10. Prepare the cGMP validation document of Utility & ETP.
  11. Execution of Maintenance activity in Utility and ETP as per planning.
  12. Verification of measurement during the Bills Verification of maintenance & modification activities performed by contractor’s in ETP and to maintain the expenses within allocated budget.
  13. Verification of log book of Boiler / Water Treatment Plant / CHBU / CHWU/ Air compressor / Cooling Towers / N2 plant on daily basis.
  14. Ensure the execution of CAPA against vibration analysis report of Utility and ETP equipment’s.
  15. To ensure verification of Safety interlocks of utility on monthly basis & compliances of safety observation.
  16. To coordinate with Unit managers for Utility & ETP in absence of Manager- Mechanical /Utility.
  17. Ensure the closure of Service Calls in Maintenance Module (Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Calls).
  18. Perform the all activities as per cGMP and EHS Norms.
  19. To maintain and ensure the EHS Polices Compliances at workplace.
  20. Report unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, and events.
  21. Participate in Safety Promotion activities, mock drills, Safety Trainings etc.
  22. Follow safety procedures, protocols and adhere to the PPE requirement.
  23. Ensure non-routine activities are executed through the work permit system
  24. Participate in the Incident Investigation Process & ensure Implementation of the CAPA.

Qualifications

Experience Required: 8-10 Years in Pharma API/ Formulations

Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical
