Job Description

The Global Security Ops Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence across key security domains including Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Employee Lifecycle Security, and Internal Investigations. The position will support the implementation of global security strategies, ensure alignment with corporate policies, and enhance the protection of our people, assets, and information worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global BCP frameworks. 
  • Coordinate site-level BCP plans and ensure alignment with corporate risk assessments. 
  • Develop and maintain global security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Managing security and BCP audit programs, risk assessments and driving remediation plans.
  • Oversee vetting and screening processes for new hires and contractors worldwide alongside the local security managers. 
  • Manage mandatory security training programs and new employee orientation. 
  • Lead and support internal investigations related to physical and information security incidents.
  • Coordinate with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure thorough and ethical investigation processes. 

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or related fields - Must
  • Proven experience in BCP, GRC, and internal investigations - Must
  • Strong understanding of physical and information security principles - - Must
  • High proficiency with spoken and written English - Must
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication, Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Security Ops , IT, legal, compliance, and executive leadership to drive security initiatives
  • Familiarity with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001, ISO 22301).
  • Certifications such as CPP, CISM, CISSP, or similar are advantageous.
