Job Summary: The job holder will be in charge of the smooth operation of  materials, applications and equipment installed and shall ensure continuous  availability of the network’s services. He/She answers, oversees,supports and processes requests from his/her various assigned networks. 

Job Description

Activity #1: Networks Supervision 

• Supervise and monitor network transactions; 

• Supervise the availability of all services; 

• Ensure smooth operation of devices (Proxys); 

• Write processes and ensure they are implemented with partners; • Business analysis and improvement action plan implementation; • Build a cordial and working relationship within the network. 

Activity #2: Support and assistance to networks 

• Provide technical support to the wholesaler in order to collect and address issues; 

• Take direct action or escalate the incident for resolution;

 

• Follow up on requests and their addressing until resolution; • Ensure real-time availability of support; 

• Ensure support. 

Activity #3: Deployment of a network 

• Provide for configuration during the deployment of a partner; • Coach and support the partner on its configurations; 

• Supervise the training. 

Activity #4: Configuration of devices (Proxys) 

• Ensure availability of the SIMs of each department; 

• Ensure availability of the APKs for each department; 

Provide for configuration of devices (Proxys);Ensure availability of the UVs for  each department. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

• Knowledge of Network and Telecom architecture 

• Knowledge of solutions 

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Telecom required
