Job Description

The Marketing Manager will support and execute marketing campaigns across varied media channels to drive desired business results.

In this role you will: 

  • Support the delivery of marketing channel strategies to drive acquisition and deliver leads/sales forecast in line with business targets
  • Work with all lead suppliers, partners and media agencies to plan, deliver, monitor and optimise campaign activity.
  • Support relationships with all lead suppliers, including agencies, lead generation partners and commercial partners
  • Support the lead volume process with all partners and hold them accountable for delivery to forecast
  • Explore and expand marketing into new channels via working collaboratively with Alliance partners and media partners
  • Support the financial management of campaign spend across ATL & BTL campaigns
  • Report on, and analyse, performance of each channel
  • Support the design and development of effective short and long term lead generation and lead nurture plans across TAL and Alliance Partners to drive acquisition.
  • Run marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns independently through email, SMS, content, landing pages and Digital channels across TAL and Alliance Partners

Qualifications - essential

  • Tertiary education
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in a marketing channel role
  • Strong understanding of ATL and BTL media channels
  • B2C experience
  • Experience in managing agencies and lead suppliers
  • Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments

Qualifications - desired

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in digital media or similar
  • Financial Services experience
  • Min. 2 years’ experience leading projects
