Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and proactive individual to support our Claims Learning & Development (L&D) team. In this role, you’ll handle L&D operations, administration, and coordination, working independently to deliver solutions that support the growth of our Claims business. Collaborating across teams, you’ll help drive impactful learning initiatives while aligning with TAL’s values and high standards.

  • Coordinating and administering Learning and Development activities across Claims L&D teams, including training programs and the Certificate IV in Claims Life Insurance.
  • Supporting the delivery of Claims Academy learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and escalation management.
  • Hosting Claims Academy sessions with subject matter experts and managing logistics, facilities, and resources for training.
  • Administering the Learning Management System (LMS), scheduling courses, and managing attendance and reporting.
  • Providing general administrative support, including managing learner records, audits, reporting, and assisting with Claims Academy calendar and meeting management.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an office environment, ideally within training or learning and development teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with excellent attention to detail.
