Job Description

Drive business growth within manufacturing sector accounts  by building strategic client relationships and leading digital transformation opportunities (cloud, AI, SAP, outsourcing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute account strategies and account plans for key industrial clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (hunter profile) within the manufacturing sector
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle (opportunity → proposal → negotiation → closure)
  • Coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, bid management) to shape solutions
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients
  • Track and manage sales KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin, growth)
  • Use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Manufacturing Focus
  • Understanding of industrial environments:
    • Production processes
    • Supply chain & logistics
    • Industrial IoT / smart factories
    • Ability to sell solutions such as:
      • Cloud & Soveraignity
      • Industrial AI Cloud
      • Data & Agentic AI for operations
      • Industry 4.0 transformation

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales professional in IT services or consulting

  • Experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is highly valued
  • Strong background in selling technology solutions (cloud, outsourcing, digital transformation)
  • Experience managing large accounts and complex sales cycles
  • High level of English (mandatory)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (without direct authority)
  • Strategic thinking combined with execution capability
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
