Job Description

📍Barcelona (only applications from candidates based in this location will be considered).

We are looking for an International IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation of global digitalization programs in the Iberia region. You will work closely with international teams and the local CIO office, helping coordinate projects, track progress, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants to grow into a program management career within an international company, while developing strong financial and project management skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and track the progress of IT projects within the Iberia region.
  • Support the Head of Location IT in planning, reporting, and communication with international stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating, monitoring, and managing project budgets, including cost tracking and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to financial planning activities, helping ensure compliance with local and global budget requirements.
  • Help localize and deploy global initiatives in the Iberian context.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for project updates and financial reports.
  • Contribute to improving internal project management and budget control processes.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, IT PMO, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to financial tracking or budget management.
  • Good understanding of basic financial concepts such as cost centers, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, etc.).
  • Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in an international environment.
