Project Description:
The Squad CI/CD, T-ELS provides CI / CD solutions for T-SP and DT Technik and concepts for the whole Telekom group. 

Our mission:

• Quality assurance - We are responsible for the quality of CI/CD portfolio (framework and tools).
• Strategic alignment - We are are responsible for CI/CD portfolio considering requirements from DevOps Teams, commercial guidelines and innovations.
• Know-how from experts - We are not only experts in CI/CD frameworks and tools, but also in self service orchestration for automation frameworks (AXON).

Activity description and concrete tasks:

• Software architecture for high available and geo redundant setups,
• feature analysis,
• iterative POC development,
• reverse engineering,
• take an empty paper and draw solutions from scratch,
• proactive documentation of designs and results       

Must have skills:

• 5+ years of experience of development in object oriented languages (GO and Python)
• 2+ years of experience software architecture experience
• 3+ years of experience in container and cloud technologies (and their lifecycle) (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Flux) and related tools, Keycloak, and Vault.
• 3+ years of experience in Security, Automation and API first mindset
• English: fluent in spoken and written (B2 is minimum)
• Working in an international, agile team with dailies and presentations of product increments on a regular basis
• Proactive, communicative, and self-organized work (team player)
• Strive for eliminating toil, manual tasks and for simplicity
• Creativity, don´t expect every story to be imperative described (Co-creation of User Stories)

Nice to have skills:

• 1+ years of experience in Architecture of GitLab or similar tools (focus Geo Redundancy)
• 2+ years of experience in application and network security, Bash Scripting, and strong Linux skills.
• Experience with external cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud, as well as knowledge
• Work in agile teams with Kanban/Scrum and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Terraform provider development experience
• JFrog Artifactory/Nexus etc. architecture experience
• Service mesh technologies experience
• Experience with GitOps platforms & tools in Germany (e.g. experience with DAS SCHIFF and YaRD)
