Job Description

T-Systems offers managed Cybersecurity services based on market-leading security technologies with the aim of guaranteeing security and trust to citizens, organizations and companies that interact in a connected world.

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our team and work on an exciting automotive sector project where you will tackle a wide range of cybersecurity challenges.

Functions

- Testing to identify vulnerabilities and threats in systems, categorize them based on their risk profile, and provide detailed technical information that allows developers to reproduce the vulnerabilities.

- Security engineering:

  • Provide technical support to the client.
  • Define specifications and documentation for conducting security tests.

-Security defect management:

  • Prepare periodic reports on security defects, analyzing open and closed defects.
  • Organize meetings and workshops to address security incidents.

-Vulnerability management: identify, assess, and manage vulnerabilities in the client’s systems.

-Architectural decision making: participate in decision-making processes that affect the design of the client’s system architecture.

-Development of security solutions: develop, integrate, and test security solutions tailored to the client's needs.

Requirements:

-Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience as a cybersecurity technician or engineer.

-Education: training in ASIR, DAM, DAW or DAI or Computer Engineering, along with a specialization in cybersecurity (Master’s Degree or specialized course).

-Languages: fluent in English, both spoken and written, to engage in technical discussions with the client.

Nice to have:

-Knowledge of German.

-Experience in application development and object-oriented programming.

-Proven experience in the automotive sector.

 

Qualifications

Training in ASIR, DAM, DAW or DAI or Computer Engineering, along with a specialization in cybersecurity (Master’s Degree or specialized course).
