A software system created for the "Strategic Mobile Radio Planning Access" (T-SMA) in the "Best Mobile" area, which offers:

• the planning of new locations, expansions, and conversions
• in relation to specific planning tasks or as part of planning orders
• essential support for the activities required for this
• with continuous IT support of the processes

and which will have extensive automation of routine activities compared to the previous procedure. 

Position:
At the beginning, you will work in a team of 2 developers and one architect on a solution:
to create a drop-in solution into a web page in order to trigger an event that orders files into a storage
Later, as development and discussion have proceeded you will work on various projects that shall foster the micro service architecture (consuming micro services, data works, etc.). We will make that journey together.

• Profound working knowledge in Python
• Experience in the development of webservices
• Experience with databases and ORMs (we use sqlalchemy)
• Proficiency in Git
• At least basic knowledge of Docker
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with the rest of the team to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system
• Full working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in message-based systems
• Experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins or any other automated CI solution
• Experience in automated testing of REST APIs
• Experience in automated security testing of web servers
• Experience with working with a large cloud provider, preferably AWS
• Knowledge about container orchestration software, e.g. docker-compose, kubernetes
• At least basic knowledge in Java and the willingness to learn other programming languages
• Knowledge of geo processing tools, e.g,  PostGIS, gdal, ogr
• Proficiency in German.
