Job Description

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

 

  • Assume operative responsibility and maintain authorization to make decisions on designated topics
  • Identify, address, and resolve all deficiencies in service quality and operational performance
  • Identify automation measures and process efficiency improvements to optimize workflows
  • Solve operative and technical problems and develop effective solutions
  • Coordinate daily responsibilities within the team based on daily agenda and priorities
  • Conduct training for new team members and refresh training sessions for existing staff
  • Prepare and analyze KPI reporting and performance metrics
  • Process customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Serve as SPOC for escalations, providing first and second level support for escalated issues
  • Coordinate month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Manage mail and telephone communication with customers as second level support
  • Support other projects and transition initiatives as assigned
  • Perform internal control system (ICS) controls and compliance reviews
  • Perform financial reconciliation and account management to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Execute ad-hoc and regular accounting requests and tasks as needed.
