Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

  • Handle HR requests promptly and conclusively, including clarifying complex requirements from stakeholders in selected HR processes
  • Create job requisitions and select appropriate selection tools, methods, and channels
  • Process all incoming job applications (email, paper, and system-based) and screen candidates for data quality, qualifications, and special conditions
  • Maintain candidate database, generate recruitment reports, and ensure accurate recruitment statistics
  • Organise and plan Assessment Centre procedures for all corporate units
  • Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are received and accurately entered into the system
  • Resolve process disruptions, track service quality issues, and escalate complaints following established procedures
  • Prepare and maintain standard correspondence, contracts, and documentation in accordance with system requirements
  • Monitor data quality, order completion, and compliance with deadlines

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

  • Initial professional experience as a recruiting specialist in a global corporation
  • Knowledge of data entry management, data protection, and ticketing systems
  • Advanced English language knowledge (verbal and written)
  • German language knowledge B2 Level (verbal and written)
  • Customer service focus with strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Reliability and proactive approach to improving work practices
