Job Description
**Main Activities & Objectives:**
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitor IT system activities, roles, and authorisations to detect potential privacy and security incidents, ensuring compliance with European data protection regulations and internal guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk, vulnerability, and detection audits on IT systems and authorisation processes, identifying both security threats and privacy risks, including unauthorised data access or processing.
- Develop and implement detection measures tailored to protect personal and business data, aligned with the existing privacy and security framework.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on detection findings, privacy risks, and response measures, communicating clearly to technical teams and management.
- Collaborate with operational and IT teams to ensure detection strategies and responses meet regulatory requirements and internal privacy policies.
- Advise on and implement improvements to process landscape, architecture, and access management to enhance privacy safeguards and detection efficiency.
- Coordinate training sessions and awareness programmes focused on privacy, security best practices, and accurate process, role, and authorisation management.
- Manage privacy and security detection projects, including integration with existing systems and processes, whilst maintaining adherence to privacy and security standards.
