As an Experience Designer you will develop innovative designs of products and services in terms of quality and usability and identify and visualize user needs

• You create high level concepts and designs based on data market analyses user feedback and technical prerequisites and formulate use cases user stories
• You will develop prototypes click dummies for carrying out testing among selected customer groups and you plan implement and analyze selected user tests during development
• You will create establish and improve customer centric design solutions
• You are involved in the harmonization of design amp function taking user experience into account throughout the entire process for various target groups in consultation with the units involved You manage projects
