Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow integration projects, focusing on TM Forum APIs
  • Develop and optimize API performance for ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM)
  • Implement ServiceNow customizations and configurations
  • Create and maintain scoped apps within ServiceNow
  • Conduct DevOps testing using ATF and GitLab pipelines
  • Manage system integrations and interface contacts
  • Organize and execute integration tests proactively
