Job Description

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Pune/ Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain APIs, with a focus on TMF APIs and OpenAPIs
  • Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow integrations, particularly for CSM and ITSM modules
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow, including the development of scoped applications
  • Implement ITIL processes within the ServiceNow environment
  • Conduct performance testing and optimization of APIs and integrations
  • Utilize DevOps practices, including automated testing with ATF and GitLab pipelines
  • Manage version control using Git
  • Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation
  • Develop and execute test plans using tools such as ATF Framework and Postman
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Proactively interface with stakeholders and self-organize integration tests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to API integrations
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in API development and ServiceNow platform
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Mentor junior developers in API development and ServiceNow best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all development work
