Job Description

  • Promptly handle HR tickets and orders, including complex customer requests, using workflow management tools
  • Provide general advice on individual staff-related matters Maintain HR data accuracy, including salary-relevant information, and monitor order completion and deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain standard HR documents (contracts, correspondence, certificates) as per system and process requirements
  • Respond to internal and external communication, including health insurers and authoritie Support transaction processes and resourcing tasks in related HR areas
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to employee and manager inquiries using knowledge tools
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and FAQs based on updates or newly identified requirements
  • Report IT incidents and collaborate on effective solutions
  • Escalate process issues or disruptions as needed and track resolution
  • Support Product Management in enhancing HR service quality and customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments and support them according to business needs
  • Train new joiners when necessary and provide guidance to junior colleagues
  • Continuously suggest process, procedural, and technological improvements
  • Ensure personal tasks are completed on time and aligned with defined processes
