System Engineer for SaaS and Cloud Applications including MS Services

As a team member you will be involved in -

• Configuration tasks automation projects interface topics
• Operating of services running on Azure
• Collaboration in optimization projects Further tasks on a general level would include Measure analyze and monitor the infrastructure to be supported for availability and performance
• Carrying out performance analyses and tunings as well as error analyses and corrections
• Participation in the automation of infrastructures and software as well as the conception and realization of infrastructure solutions
• Consideration of security relevant specifications and architectures
• Creation of concepts for the further automation of services processes and or operating models
• Support in all standard activities in connection with operations e g closing security gaps
• Checks executes solves where appropriate and creates tickets problem ticket change management ticket incident delivery order DO in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs Implements operates and maintains CI CD pipelines
• Standardizes innovates and automates

Qualifications
