Job Description
5 years relevant ServiceNow working experience Excellent ServiceNow development skills with at least 2 years of experience as ServiceNow developer Strong hands on Implementation experience on ServiceNow key modules like Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset Service Catalog Access Management Knowledge Management etc Experience working on ServiceNow coding object like client script business rules UI policies script include glide ajax flow designer etc is required Must have knowledge of and worked on Mid servers ServiceNow API s and integrations based on SOAP or REST web services Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL SAML SSO and other widespread enterprise technologies Must have working experience in at least one of the other ServiceNow modules like Event Discovery Service Mapping CSM FSM SAM HAM GRC SecOps Strategic Portfolio Management Integration Hub etc Knowledge and experience of complex custom application development will be added advantage Knowledge of data management database design and database concepts Strong communication skills both written and verbal Excellent technical documentation skills to create implementation documents user manuals training documents etc Good understanding of Agile and SCRUM practices followed during ServiceNow development implementation and maintenance project Customer centric attitude is must to have Proven team player and motivator Must have ServiceNow Admin Certification CSA ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD will be preferred Any ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialists CIS will be preferred ITIL Foundation Certified is desirable
