Job Description

Purpose of the function role A Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and defining the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems throughout the project Business analyst able to link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners Tasks Core tasks information into functional process components Perform business process modelling user experience modelling and basic technical architecture diagramming Interpreting technical and business strategy roadmaps Building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce Presenting to executive level audiences as well as technical teams Participate and guide customers through user acceptance test planning and execution An understanding of Salesforces capabilities and limitations Able to clearly communicate those to customers Leveraging multiple implementation team types User experience Change Management Global Development Centres Developer Communities Experience in several mid sized Salesforce implementations comprised of the following SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Experience competencies soft skills and method competencies as well as potentially relevant working experience education and foreign languages At least 4 years experience in a Salesforce business analyst role Expert knowledge across various SFDC implementations covering Lightning Platform Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community cloud Chatter App exchange applications Knowledge and Skill of Business Analysis techniques and tools Agile delivery knowledge Knowledge of the technology landscape including current and future developments and the most commonly available products and integrated solutions or a demonstrated ability to learn it Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail Able to act as a focal point for a specialized area technical or business Demonstrates a concern and aptitude for considering the user s perspective in IT development and has a deep understanding of user aspects of interactive systems Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Clear and Concise communication Has a comprehensive understanding of business process improvement benefits and risk management Good understanding of Agile and SCRUM practices
