Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Resource will be a part of the OEA team and handling different Projects Initiatives impacting improvements within the space of Business Improvements Efficiencies etc
- Engages champions process owners team members and stakeholders to deliver performance improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools methods and concepts while providing leadership and advice on these technical areas.
- Providing consulting around Automation Opportunities and driving the end-to-end initiatives resulting in business improvements.
- Monitor productivity management utilization and quality KPIs in the core operation and enabling functions globally all locations.
- Analyze Data to identify improvement opportunities and drive actions accordingly.
- Ensuring defined processes are adhered and tasks are performed as per the defined processes.
- Provide training on Operational Excellence Tools to internal coworkers and stakeholders globally.
- Prepares regular and ad hoc reports and adhering to the deadlines ensuring accuracy and quality of the reports Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Prepares regular and ad hoc high quality management presentations and by the respective deadlines. Excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Translating ideas analysis outcomes into storyboarding presentations
- Make proposals for the continuous improvement of the service process.
Professional knowledge and qualifications required:
- Mature scientific or specialized professional knowledge & deep understanding of a specific professional field several years of experience sound knowledge and integration of other professional fields
- Graduate with Six Sigma Black Belt trained Certification.
- Excellent Analytical Statistical Presentation skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Six Sigma Big Data Domains and some exposure to RPA and Automation
- Handled large teams' performance reporting and Management Presentations
