Job Description

Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Management and SAP, S/4 HANA exposure technologies. • Overall responsibility to deliver innovative IT & Digital solutions to enhance the Customer Experience • Experience administering Unix/Linux, SAP, S/4 HANA, Cloud • Excellent customer service and telephone skills which includes strong listening, verbal and written communication. • Planning and executing several individual SAP go-live events, encompassing full life-cycle implementations, major application upgrades, infrastructure refreshes. • Responsible for SAP landscape/program management, S/4 HANA System Provisioning, solution deliveries • Leading installation, migration and upgrade projects (ECC, BW, PI, SCM, LC, etc.) and mentoring SAP Basis team to build in-house capabilities. • SAP Basis consultancy and delivery for existing and new SAP projects, dealing with support and maintenance issues in a diverse infrastructure environment. • Providing operational and project SAP consultancy including numerous Installation, Upgrade, Migration. • Identify and execute improvement opportunities to increase reliability, availability and/or reduce unit operating cost • SAP HANA business case discussions, S/4 HANA Architecture planning. • Provide SAP project management, architecture planning and technical level validation of SAP Solutions • Analyze the requirement to replicate the ECC and other business suite content in HANA using data provisioning • Plan, direct and coordinates end-to-end SAP operations, covering global instances as well as several local instances • Involved in strategy planning, technical project delivery, cutover, system availability and managing all aspects of the SAP Basis services with long term focus on innovation, continuous improvement, standardization and compliance • IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly/monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking • Establish Good relationship with clients, good level of engagement and accountable for the success of customer projects
