Job Description
Competencies:
- 10 + years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client server design/development
- 6+ years of experience with Pega BPM (at least as Lead System Architect role for 2+ projects)
- Comfortable with microservices/cloud architecture.
- Must have designed and developed on Pega 8 or atleast 2 projects on Pega 7 platform
- Architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
- Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
- Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfall
- Pega certification (Lead System architect) and Customer Service Exposure
- Experience in Cloudification will be an added advantage.

- Work with clients and senior developers to execute new initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows,
- Assist clients in the construction of Business Cases and opportunity identification, efforts to support the further in adoption of solutions throughout the organization
- Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
- Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in PEGA and , including tools and best practices
- Support Project Manager in managing project timelines, quality, compliance as well as client relationships
- Takes proactive initiatives and contribute innovative ideas as a part of value add to the clients.
- Experience with iBPM process analysis, design, and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes
