Business Process Specialist – Fully Remote based in the UK

This role is to cover Maternity Leave for up to 12 months

Working pattern - Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week, working between 0800 and 1700hrs.

 


We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong project and process background to join our Business Process Team. The purpose of this role is to deliver and support improvements of business processes, systems and ways of working. You will identify process improvement opportunities across the commercial function that will drive efficiency and effectiveness benefits within our sales team. 


What you’ll be doing:


•    Work with the business on identifying business improvement opportunities and deliver effective process improvement projects
•    Evaluate existing business processes to meet business objectives
•    Create documentation to outline processes
•    Promote knowledge sharing and advising on effective use technological solutions
•    Maintain, use and share up-to-date knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
•    Work within a team to deliver departmental strategy and targets
•    Keep business process library up to date
•    Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting Business Objectives

What we are looking for:

Essential:


•    Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
•    Experienced at meeting demanding timelines, in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
•    Proven ability to network and build relationships
•    Good influencing skills and stakeholder management 
•    Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience of using Power Automate

Desirable:


•    Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) qualification and expertise (minimum Yellow Belt)
•    Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis
•    Experience of creating process documentation.
•    Experience in facilitation, training, presenting to business professionals to a senior level
