Business Operations Coordinator (Admin)

Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking to recruit a Business Operations coordinator to join our highly dedicated Business Operations team in Ashford. You will effectively bridge the gap between the Sales Teams, our customers, and other business areas. Looking after a portfolio of customers, you will support price maintenance, customer buying lists, and reporting, including admin support for various requests.

A highly professional self-starter, you will already be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment where the delivery of service excellence is paramount.

 

Proactive and self-motivated, you will be IT literate, customer-focused, commercially astute, and confident in your approach with internal and external partners.

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • The primary point of contact for customer and business queries.
  • Regularly engage with the designated account manager to discuss actions with supporting business and customer activities.
  • Maintain pricing, buying lists, and product substitutions in line with requests by the account manager/customer and/or supply chain function.
  • Produce regular sales, product, pricing, and delivery reports.
  • Alignment of internal buying lists with customers/3rd party ordering systems
  • Attend customer and business meetings/calls.
  • Work proactively to improve the customer experience.
  • Order and organise sales and promotional samples.
  • Assisting with product recalls, collating allergen information & customer allocations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • IT literate - MS Office (Excel)
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, pressurised team environment.
  • Commercial awareness.
